Dr. Mader’s journey in dentistry began at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he earned his degree in 1989. His fervor for implant dentistry led him to complete his training at the Misch Implant Institute in 2007, where he received certification in surgical and prosthetic techniques for implant placement.
As a Fellow of the Misch Institute and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Dr. Mader holds a prestigious status in the world of implant dentistry. He is also the recipient of BioHorizons’ Platinum Award for Excellence in Dental Implants. In 2009, Dr. Mader expanded his expertise by becoming trained in IV Sedation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. This additional skill enables him to offer IV Sedation as a valuable option for patients dealing with dental anxiety.
Dr. Mader’s patients at MDI enjoy the benefits of his unwavering commitment to their comfort and well-being. He remains dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatment options by staying current with advanced continuing education. Dr. Mader is proud to be South Bend’s Hybridge-certified dentist and one of the few professionals certified by Hybridge, LLC to teach this advanced protocol for dental implants to other dentists across the country.
Furthermore, Dr. Mader introduced CEREC© dentistry to his practice in 2000, allowing his patients to receive single-visit porcelain inlays. He holds a certification by the International Society of Computerized Dentists, a distinction achieved by only a select few dentists worldwide. Dr. Mader was also the first in Michiana to embrace CEREC© technology. Over the years, he has delivered numerous Hybridge treatments and completed over 20,000 CEREC© restorations, making a significant impact on the lives of his patients through the use of advanced dental technology combined with personalized and compassionate care at Michiana Dental Implants.
